Responsibilities:

 

  • Evaluate and report on the financial performance of the business, comparing actual results to budget, analyzing trends, and assessing income and expenses.
  • Present findings and recommendations for improving operational and financial performance.
  • Develop reports, analysis, controls, tools, and models using business data to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  • Coordinate with CBG Finance in preparing budgets, business cases, cost analysis, and other financial matters.
  • Work with internal and external teams to address critical production and operational concerns, including resource allocation.
  • Review and endorse RFPs and other electronic forms for approval of Department MIS
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to internal and external customers.
  • Oversee the reporting process and clean up the database for efficient delivery of data reports
  • Create and implement new or enhanced reports as required by management.
  • Assist the BU during quarterly and yearly reporting to Audit, BSP and RFI for data-related requirements.
  • Monitor and review movements in the business unit's Table of Organization and coordinate with relevant individuals or units to implement changes.
  • Develop and recommend Key Result Area (KRA) measures to improve operational and business performance.
  • Approve supplies requisitions nationwide.
  • Supervise Business Performance Officer and MIS Officer.
  • Recommend and implement business and operational policies and procedures approved by the Department Head.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree related to business management, finance or MIS
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industry
  • Possess a strong background in analytics, business management, and development
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
