Responsibilities:
1. Employer Branding
• Partner with Recruitment and Marketing/ Communication Teams to ensure consistent messaging across career sites, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for compelling content to highlight the company’s brand to diverse talent pools.
• Develop and promote employer branding strategies that showcase company’s culture, values, and employee experience.
2. Sourcing Channel Engagement
• Optimize recruitment marketing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners (professional associations, recruitment platforms).
• Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and candidate quality.
3. Talent Acquisition Initiatives
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to design targeted campaigns for critical roles and hard-to-fill positions.
• Support diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives through tailored outreach and messaging.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.
4. Communication & Candidate Experience
• Lead communication strategies that engage candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Ensure job postings, career site content, and recruitment materials are clear, inclusive, and aligned with brand standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver consistent and engaging candidate communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in leading recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and reporting.
