Job Summary
The Section Head is responsible for enterprise capability management related to enterprise customer onboarding and automation projects related to customer records management.
Key Responsibilities

Oversees project management and business analysis activities especially in relation to requirements elicitation, finalization and functional design review of customer onboarding projects

Manages the MS D365 Sales Module backlog as Product Owner in partnership with the MS D365 Platform Team

Provides status updates and coordinates with stakeholders on Customer Onboarding-related initiatives

Participates in projects related to Master Data Management and CIF administration

Provides support to business units on change management activities related to customer onboarding
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant courses

At least five (5) of managerial experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer Experience in a banking or financial institution

Willing to work onsite in Makati
