Responsibilties:
MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONAL
1. Provide direction, effective motivation and guidance to be able to develop the skills and talents of the Team members within the segment and provide a challenging yet healthy working atmosphere within the Team.
2. Conduct program performance reviews, designs the model/guidance as to how performance will be measured, analyzes results of review as to effect on clients and if targets/objectives were met and takes the lead towards program improvements to meet changing demands of the market.
3. Coordinate with third party agencies as may be called for in exploring a marketing concept proposal and or/pursuing an independent market study to validate the merits of a marketing concept proposal prior to full-blown development.
4. Coordinate with the Heads of support and business units to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
5. Ensure that all members of the team perform the necessary steps towards ensuring successful program execution, such as:
a. Identify all tasks/activities needed to implement each marketing program available time and other resources
b. Monitoring of program performance to assess effectiveness through regular MIS reports and feedback from customers and support units
BUSINESS GENERATION/PROFITABILITY
1. Ensures that all key productivity indicators for the segments that they manage are met.
ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Resource Management and budget monitoring.
2. Monitor the daily staff attendance and authorize overtime as may be required.
3. Attend weekly and regular meetings as assigned and requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate with at least 5 years work experience in marketing, advertising or related field in financial Institutions, consumer products
- Experience in a consumer lending firm would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Can conceptualize, implement and manage various programs
- Must be able to spearhead development and evaluation of creative materials, as well as, media recommendations presented by the agency
