Responsibilities:
Business Generation & Relationship Management
- Reviews MIS Reports, analyzes current portfolio and activities of competitors and other credit card companies to develop or recommend strategies to increase business volume and achieve targets or to proactively address potential problems
- Trains, guides or supports Merchant Officers in establishing and managing relationship with Merchants
- Serves as resource to Merchant Officers for:
- Identifying potential key accounts and making actual sales product presentations
- Assessing viability of affiliation of potential key accounts sources via different channels
- Making actual sales presentation and explaining to potential key accounts the nature of our ATM Debit, Credit Card and QRPH: Visa/MasterCard/JCB/American Express/Union Pay/Diners acquisition business and the services that the Company offers.
- Presenting to potential key accounts the ATM Debit, Credit Card and QRPH: Visa/MasterCard/JCB/American Express/Union Pay/ Diners agreement and explains the provisions stated in the contract and clarifies other issues the prospective merchant may have.
- Liaises with Fraud team to address fraud incidences and take appropriate corrective actions.
Supervision and Management Functions
- Facilitates individual KRA planning or cascades predetermined objectives or targets, monitors , develops and evaluates performance based on policy and guidelines
- Plans and implements interventions to constantly improve individual work performance and provide opportunities for professional development
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of sales management experience and 2 years in card acquiring business
