Role Overview:

Provides leadership and oversight of SAP SuccessFactors implementation, managing the HR Integration and Production Support teams. Drives accurate translation of HR policies into systems configurations, ensures timely project execution, and manages the transition from rollout to stabilization.

 

Duties and Responsibilties:

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead overall program planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Ensure delivery milestones are met within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Oversee risk and issue management, escalating critical matters to the Project Steering Committee.

 

Module / Functional Delivery

  • Direct the HR Integration Lead and module teams in translating HR policies and processes into system setups.
  • Validate business rules, workflows, and configurations to ensure consistency across modules.

 

Stakeholder Management and Training

  • Partner with HR process owners, IT, and SAP Services for alignment and governance.
  • Present project updates to executive leadership and secure approvals on key design decisions.
  • Sponsor training and knowledge transfer across module teams and HR stakeholders.

 

Support and Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure structured documentation and version control of all configurations.
  • Oversee transition to Production Support and promote continuous optimization post-rollout.
  • Provide directions to Production Support in delivering on its current operations & BU requirements ( Systems & Analytics) as the transition plan is rolled out. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering or HR
  • At least 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR transformation or large scale HR projects
  • Strong track record of leading multi-functional teams and managing executive stakeholders
  • Experience in program governance and executive steering committee reporting
