Role Overview:

 

Responsible for supporting the overall administration of HR vendor management activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for internal stakeholders and accredited vendors. Also provides support in work permit/visa processing and other requests from foreign offices.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  1. Process and maintain up-to-date monitoring file of Staff Augmentation requests received from internal stakeholders, including monthly database for Staff Augmentation resources.

  2. Review all requests for payments prior to approval and monitor/reconcile invoices received from vendors.

  3. Coordinate and provide feedback to vendors and internal stakeholders on payment status and reconciliation.

  4. Assist in preparing work permit and visa forms for new and renewal applications.

  5. Manage and maintain work permit and visa records in the HR system.

  6. Handle processing of invoices in case current processor is on leave.

  7. Perform other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business course

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resources, particularly in payroll, payables, and data processing, with the ability to perform calculations quickly and precisely.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Office 360, MS Outlook
