Job Title: HR Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Officer to join our Compensation and Benefits team, focusing on final pay processing and separation activities. The role is responsible for validating resignation clearances, computing separation pay, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines. This position requires strong coordination skills, confidentiality, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and validate resignation clearance lists and ensure completeness before computing separation pay.
- Accurately compute final pay for resigning probationary staff and officers in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for tax confirmations, document distribution, and other separation-related matters.
- Monitor and report on processing timelines, outstanding accounts, and year-end separation data.
- Prepare documentation for write-off/write-on requests and support other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Accountancy, or any business-related course.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll and employee benefits, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration and payroll processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
The Candidate must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
