Job Summary

The HR Officer acts as the primary contact for employees seeking HR-related support. This role ensures timely and accurate assistance on matters such as HR policies, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and general employee concerns. The position contributes to enhancing employee experience through effective communication, coordination, and support of HR initiatives and process improvements.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first-line support for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate guidance on HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records to ensure data accuracy and support reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to resolve employee concerns and support HR campaigns.
  • Track help desk interactions, generate reports, and analyze feedback to improve service delivery and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations, help desk, service delivery, or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll processes, and employee engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
