HR Officer

Responsibilities

A detail-oriented and people-focused HR Officer to manage the recruitment process in accordance with the bank’s hiring and placement policy. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and compliant recruitment experience, from candidate evaluation to final selection, aligned with the bank’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or other related courses.
• With at least 3 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably gained from a bank or other financial institutions
• Familiarity with banking roles and regulatory hiring requirements is an advantage
• Certification in behavioral interviewing or assessment tools is a plus
