HR Officer - Sourcing

The Talent Sourcing Officer is responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent for bank officer positions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain candidate funnels and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment team members, internal hiring managers, and HR to meet hiring objectives and align with business goals.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively develop a talent pool.
• Manage assigned candidate requisitions, including CV screening, initial candidate assessments, and interview scheduling.
• Actively participate in planning and attending recruiting events.
• Prepare and analyze sourcing metrics and generate detailed productivity reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment—preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in various sourcing techniques and tools, as well as experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess talent pipelines and optimize sourcing strategies.

Note: The candidate must be willing to work onsite and be assigned to the Ortigas office.
