HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Governance Manager will be responsible in the compliance of HR-related reportorial requirements of BSP and DOLE; and in the development / updating of HR-related policies arising from statutory ordinances that have bank-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Liases with other HR Units in the roll-out and/or implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Develops and updates HR policies and procedures (i.e., statutory ordinances, employment laws,etc)
• Act as the Compliance Officer for Privacy for HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• At least 5 years experience in HR Governance
• Familiarity with HR-related requirements of BSP and DOLE
• Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
