Job Summary
The position is responsible for the overall processing and validation of all payroll-related reports covering all employees, prior to submission of the semi-monthly payroll report to the outsourced payroll provider, in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- In charge of monitoring accurate and timely implementation of various payroll-related benefits such as bonuses and salary movements for confidential staff due to Wage Order and CBA Wage Increase.
- Validates completeness and accuracy of the headcount of all new hires interfaced from the in-house system versus the new hires report received from HRG Recruitment.
- Monitors timely updating of officers' records in BPS based on semi-monthly payroll transactions reported to BPOI, as reference for attendance records and overtime.
- Processes Certificates of Employment with compensation.
- Monitors timely submission of all BIR-related reports.
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder.
- At least 5 years of experience in employee compensation and benefits management.
- Knowledge in payroll processing and labor rules and regulations.
- Must be willing to work on-site and be assigned in Ortigas.
