Job Mandate
The position is primarily responsible in the delivery of human resource services on talent acquisition, specifically in managing and spearheading the initiatives of the Sourcing team; responsible for strategic planning, talent acquisition and sourcing metrics and reporting, and team management.
Responsible in strategizing and identifying various sourcing channels, that will generate quality hires across all levels and functions of all business units of the bank in the assigned provincial areas.
Required Competencies and Skills

Working knowledge of different sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, candidate referrals scheme, and professional networks.

Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Applicant evaluation and screening; interviewing and assessing; job-offer process.

Developing recruitment strategies that align with the organization's long term goals and objectives.

Ability to develop and implement creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to attract top talent and a steady supply of candidates pipeline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Analytical skills to track and report on recruitment metrics.

Effective influencing and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders.

Willing to report on a full on-site work set-up.
