Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible in processing medical benefits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Medical Benefits
- SSS/EC Covid Claims, SSS Cickness benefits of all officers and staff - assist in documentation completion for claims processing
- Medical Requirements for Renewal of Sanitary Permits / Business Permits
- Sorting of results - if with or without findings; follow-thru of health condition of employee/s with findings for compliance on the requirement for submission of medical test results in compliance with Ordinances of Local Municipal Office/s for selected provincial
key cities and/or to serve as reference for DOLE Annual Surveys
- Philhealth Claim Forms distribution (daily releases for confined employees and their qualified dependents)
- Clinic requisitions and related billing – Clinic premises request of medicines and medical equipment to request thru Integrated Purchasing System (IPS)
- First Aid Training (schedule of training, help monitor compliance, etc
2. Other Administrative Functions
- Answers queries thru email and over the phone
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superior as needed
Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably Business Course
- Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision
- Must be available to work on Saturdays as needed to deliver or support training programs and events
-Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
