Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate and timely release of clearance requests (batches) to different bank clearing units within 2-3 days after separation effective of the employee or 3x a week via e-email following the resignation list in the daily broadcast reporting

  • Monitoring clearance reply based on agreed turn-around-time with the different clearing units and perform follow-ups if necessary

  • Ensuring completeness of clearance reply by batch for timeless endorsement to process for computation

  • Oversees that all clearances are accounted prior to release of final pay and clearance following policies and guidelines approved by the Bank

  • Handles resignations received in preparation for daily separation broadcast reporting

  • Coordinates availability of separation pay and documents

  • Performs tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time

     

     

Qualifications

 

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Business or Psychology

  • Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision, organized, systematic, keen to details

  • With adequate knowledge in computer operations, specifically in MS Excel and Word

  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas
