HR Assistant (Ortigas)

Responsibilities
The position is primarily responsible for:

Reconciliation of slot and implementation of the change in the employee’s branch/unit of assignment position title based on the slot in the approved Table of Organization

Generation and maintenance of employee movements reports, issuance of transfer-related pertinent documents to concerned employees and obtaining signed/acknowledged copies from employees for reference

Validation of Employee Requisition Form reason for approved slot and other details based on approved TO, submitted approved Transfer Requisition Form and employee Resignation/Separation tagging in HR System

Coordinates the slot provided by the BU with HRG/HRWMS/ HR Business Partner, if necessary

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree

Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision, organized, systematic, keen to details

With adequate knowledge in computer operations, specifically in MS Excel and Word
-
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas

Must be a Filipino citizen
