Functional Analyst
Mandaluyong City, National Capital Region, PH
The Functional Analyst will be responsible in analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows. He/She will work closely with cross functional teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements and will be involved in the full cycle implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create functional requirement, estimates, cost/benefit analysis and functional designs for projects and/or enhancements.
- Reviews testing requirements including test plans, test cases, test-data and interface testing between different applications.
- Work with the developers to create the operational or production readiness documents such as Implementation guidelines, playbook, troubleshooting guides.
- Work with the developers to resolve complex functional issues arising from user acceptance testing.
- Partner with Product Specialist and advise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM business cases and propose solutions.
- Provide support to end-users by helping to troubleshoot issues and escalating to appropriate support teams when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or of any technology-related relevant fields.
- At least 3 years IT experience as business or system or functional analyst, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM out-of-the-box functionality.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
