Fraud Investigation Officer

Responsibilities

  • Conducts Secured products fraud investigation whenever necessary, which includes call outs/interviews of parties involved, ocular inspection and review of documents.

  • Initiates review and investigation of high risk applicants/companies and internal processes such as but not limited to plastic card operations.

  • Collaborates with BDO Security & Investigation Division, BDO Legal Division, card associations, law enforcement agencies on pertinent fraud trends / issues and special cases which may affect or impact BDO credit card business.

  • Facilitates entrapment operations whenever necessary.

  • Represents the company for security related cases.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder.

  • At least 2 years experience in Fraud Investigation gained from credit card or banking institution.

  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
