Job Summary

 

The Foreclosure Assistant is responsible for administrative support relating to gathering of documents for ROPA booking, for preparation and filing of WOP petitions, maintenance and updating of ROPA NAFS Database, provide assistance to the foreclosure processing team in line with the Banks standards and requirements.



Key Responsibilities

 

  • Gathers or collates documents necessary for ROPA booking of accounts;

  • Preparation of Affidavits of Consolidation for review and signature of designated signatories

  • Assists the Legal Team in the processing of requests for payment and litigation expenses through Purchasing System

  • Assists the business team in the liquidation of revolving fund for RD Feets; performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team or the Unit

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements



Qualifications

 

  • College graduate of any business related 4 year course

  • Prior work in a financial institution and experience in loan documentation and administration is preferred

  • Required Skills: Good interpersonal skills, systematic, can work under pressure with minimum supervision

  • Excellent know how in MS Office (especially in Excel)

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
