Facilities Officer

Job Summary
The Facilities Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of assigned bank branches. This role ensures that all facilities are functional, compliant with regulations, and maintained to the highest standards. The position also involves coordinating with service providers, managing documentation, and supporting special projects related to facilities management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational upkeep of assigned branches, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and utilities monitoring.
- Prepare and consolidate reports such as weekly updates, monthly performance summaries, and documentation for upgrades or repairs.
- Manage service providers, including scheduling, billing validation, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with local government and regulatory permits; act as Pollution Control Officer and Certified Energy Manager.
- Support administrative tasks such as asset disposal, branch restoration, and coordination of special projects with other units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge in supervisory practices, mechanical systems, IT, power systems, and design.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, learning agility, and personal credibility.
