Facilities Manager
Job Summary
The Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operational requirements of corporate office premises, ensuring safety, functionality, and efficiency of building systems such as power, communications, cooling, and water. This role involves managing repairs, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements while driving process improvements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure safety, orderliness, and operational efficiency of all corporate office facilities.

Implement and supervise premises-related projects, including upgrades and repairs.

Manage and monitor building utilities, preventive maintenance schedules, and resolve facility-related concerns.

Supervise maintenance and housekeeping personnel, and coordinate with service providers.

Handle renewal of building permits and compliance with government regulations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in building or facilities management.

Strong knowledge in supervisory practices, mechanical systems, IT, and power systems.

Excellent analytical, logical, and systematic problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and learning agility.
The Candidate must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
