Responsibilities
The position is primarily responsible for:

providing administrative support to assigned section relative to operations, maintenance and repairs services. This includes processing of requests, preparation of reports, filing and maintaining of documents and other related ancillary services.
Qualifications
-
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Computer Course or any Business Course graduates

At least 2 years experience in office clerical work is an advantage

Computer literate, documentaton & filing skills
-
Organized, systematic & analytical; requires minimum supervision, team player
