Responsibilities
The position is primarily responsible for:

Assistance and support to the Business Head on administrative tasks and special projects or assignments to ensure smooth operation of the unit.

Projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Course graduates

With at least 1 year related work experience is a plus

Knowledgeable in Microsoft office/Open office/Excel

Must possess good presentation and interpersonal skills

With excellent oral and written communication skills

Creative, fast learner and resourceful. Disciplined with good moral character. Ability to handle pressure and commit to the goals and demands of the team
