Job Summary

 

The Marketing Manager leads marketing campaigns, events, brand activations, and branch marketing initiatives while managing a team and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage the marketing team to deliver business and branding objectives.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and brand activation programs.

  • Oversee branch marketing, merchandising, and marketing collateral deployment.

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards and guidelines.

  • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and event partners.

  • Partner with business units to support customer acquisition and growth initiatives.

  • Monitor campaign and event performance and recommend improvements.

  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience with 3 years in a people management role.

  • Strong background in marketing events, activations, and brand management.

  • Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or fintech is preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
