Job Summary
Responsible for processing and verifying Cash Management Corporate enrollments and updates. Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely service delivery to clients and internal units based on agreed turnaround times and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities 

A. Enrollment Processing

• Process new enrollments and account maintenance requests within the agreed turnaround time.
• Perform required control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain high‑quality work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures.

B. Documentation & Custodianship

• Check that all documents received are valid, complete, and properly authenticated.
• File and store documents securely.
• Follow security guidelines in handling sensitive documents.

C. Reporting

• Prepare and submit accurate, timely status reports.
• Escalate concerns or issues to the team head when needed.

D. Other Tasks

• Ensure accuracy in all assigned tasks and comply with bank policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by management and provide timely updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Two (2) years of experience in operations / enrollment / document management and customer service gained from a bank or other financial institutions
• Must be willing to work on-site in Makati/Ortigas
