Job Summary

 

The position is primarily responsible for assisting the ER Head in managing employee/labor relations issues and concerns to include but not limited to, adherence to the Bank's Code of Conduct, employee governance and Bank's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, work and behavioral standards and ensures compliance to statutory/regulatory policies.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Case Management

Assists in handling employee discipline behavioral cases while ensuring due process is observed

 

  • HR Policies

Develops and updates HR Policies and Internal Guidelines relevant to Employee Relations

 

  • DOLE Regulatory Audit/Compliance

Ensures compliance to regulatory and/or reportorial requirements of DOLE;

Handles coordination with HR units and other BUs during DOLE Inspection

 

  • Operations Risks

Ensures compliance to Risk Management requirements of ER Unit

 

  • Labor Relations

Assists in employee relations related programs and activities

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR experience
  • Exposure in handling labor relations specifically administration of disciplinary actions, resolving workplace issues and grievances Basic Labor Statutes DOLE Regulatory Compliance
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas
