Employee Central & Attendance Lead

Role Overview:
The role is part of the team of the HR Employee Services. HR Employee Services is the operational arm of HR focused on delivering efficient, consistent and employee focused support to HR policies and procedures.
The role aims to configure and deliver Employee Central, focusing on master data, time, attendance, and leave management.
Job Responsibilities:

Translate HR policies and processes on time, attendance, and leave into system rules.

Configure employee master data, position management, and related workflows.

Identify issues, if any and develop alternatives/ options with process owners to ensure match between HR processes and system rules/ parameters to ensure delivering seamless systems workflow that supports the process outcome expected.

Develop and execute test scripts for employee data and leave management.

Document all system configurations with version control and for knowledge transfer.

Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance and IT for accurate setup.
Special Note: Accountability Areas (Module Level Execution)

Requirements Translation & Setups – Execute accurate translation of HR policies and processes into business rules and system configurations.

Testing – Review and perform testing cycles, ensuring completeness of scripts and issue resolution.

Knowledge Management – Document of business setup parameters with version control for long-term sustainability.

Governance & Alignment – Drive consistency of setup across modules, and escalate design decisions to the Integration Lead / Improvement Head
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering or HR
-
At least 5 to 8 years in HR operations or HRIS roles

Strong background in employee data management, timekeeping, and leave management

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or equivalent systems

Proven ability in configuration, testing, and documentation of HR system rules
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas/Makati
