ESP Coordinator (Consumer Banking Group)

Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible for:

• Assisting the Recovery Officer for managing portfolio of NPL accounts through effective coordination and management of accounts endorsed to external service provider from filing of Exrajudicial Foreclosure up to booking off accounts to ROPA. This is with the end objective in decreasing the NPL portfolio via booking of accounts to ROPA and cash settlement.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably graduate of a Business Course

• With at least 2 years experience in banks or related institution, preferably with exposure in collections and foreclosre is an advantage

• Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

• Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas

• Must be a Filipino citizen
