Job Mandate

 

Responsible for processing loan/lease documentation and collateral releases in line with:

 

  • Approved credit terms (CP / Loan Approval Sheet / Credit Evaluation Sheet)
  • Bank and BDOFC policies and guidelines
  • Standard operating procedures
  • Agreed service levels with IBG, BBG, BDOFC, and Remedial Management

 

Core Functions

 

1. Documentation Processing

 

  • Reviews approved credit conditions
  • Prepares:
    • Loan/lease documents
    • Checklists and certifications
    • Letters to agencies, clients, banks, developers, sellers, SM Group
  • Computes applicable fees, taxes, and registration costs

 

2. System & Data Validation

 

  • Ensures completeness of Customer Information File (CIF) in:
    • AOW
    • ICBS
    • AFE
    • FAMS

 

3. Document Imaging

 

  • Scans and indexes documents in Mobious per Chart of Documents

 

4. Collateral Release Processing

 

For partially/fully paid accounts or approved requests:

 

  • Secures clearances and outstanding balances
  • Prepares:
    • Collateral Release Advice (CRA)
    • Deed of Sale
    • Release of Mortgage (ROM)
  • Coordinates retrieval of original documents with custodians for DAMS

 

5. Approval Compliance

 

  • Affixes initials (within authority) on:
    • Documents and checklists
    • CRA, Deed of Sale, ROM
  • Prior to release to requesting units

 

6. Other Duties

 

  • Performs additional related functions as assigned
