Job Description:

  • As a Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for processing of Loan Accounts through documentary deficiencies validation.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Compliance Checking

  • Collateral Releasing in accordance with the terms and conditions on the Credit Proposal, standard operating procedure, approved Bank policies, and guidelines within the set service levels agreed

  • Provide Loan Documentation support for the Institutional Banking Group and Remedial Management Unit

  • Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years experience gained from a commercial / universal bank or other financial institutions

  • Knowledge in loan documentation particularly in corporate and commercial loans

  • Supervisory / 5 years and up cumulative experience in Banking / Financial Services / Loan Documentation or the equivalent (Preferable)

  • Knowledge in spreadsheet, documents, and presentation applications (e.g. MS Office)

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
