Job Summary
The Digital Payments Operations Support Officer will be responsible for the overall project management of Merchant Partnerships digital products and solutions related to both payments and non-payments products and services transacted thru digital devices from inception to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end to end project management
- Participates in vendor selection, evaluation, contract review and securing necessary approval for any outsourcing requirements.
- Coordinates with Business unit, vendors and BDO support in requirements gathering for any new digital initiatives and development.
- Prepares tasklist/project plan for any new projects related to digital payment solution.
- Set a regular checkpoint meeting with vendors and BDO support to discuss project status, issues and ensure that projects are within agreed timeline.
- Participate and monitors progress of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving e-wallets and mobile applications.
- Provides regular status update of all digital project related projects being managed and implemented.
- Develop and facilitate training materials and maintain training materials database for digital related initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 5 of project management experience in banking or financial industry handling payment solutions projects
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
