Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing and optimizing our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and data-driven strategy. The ideal candidate will manage our social media ecosystems, oversee website performance, produce engaging video content, and analyze digital metrics to drive continuous growth, brand awareness, and customer conversion.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Social Media Management and Strategy
o Content Planning: Develop, schedule, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar across all key social media channels.
o Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, facilitate active community management, and respond to inquiries or comments to foster brand loyalty.
o Campaign execution: Deploy organic and paid social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing objectives and partnership launches.
o Brand Voice: Ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging brand identity across all digital platforms.
 
Video Creation and Multimedia Production
o End-to-End Production: Conceptualization, script shoot, and edit high-quality content tailored for social media platforms.
o Visual Storytelling: Translate complex product offerings or campaign narratives into engaging, easily digestible video formats.
o Asset Management: Maintain a library of digital creative assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and copyright standards.
 
Website Management and Optimization
o Content Administration: Oversee website operations, including updating landing pages, and managing product information.
o User Experience (UX): Collaborate with tech/design teams of insurers / partners to optimize microsite layouts, improve digital user journeys, and enhance conversion funnels.
o SEO Best Practices: Implement standard on-page SEO strategies to maximize organic search visibility.
 
Analytics, Analysis and Reporting
o Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and evaluate key performance metrics across the website and social media platforms in coordination with the Marketing Communications Group.
o Actionable Insights: Provide update on trends, successes, and areas for improvement, translating data into clear, strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
