Delivery Manager

He/She/They will develop project plan, scope, estimates and manage the implementation of IT projects ensuring on-time and within budget delivery while meeting business requirements and ensuring compliance with solution architecture. 
  

The responsibilities we will trust you include but not limited to: 

  • Assist in prioritization of IT projects as part of the business planning/ demand planning cycle for the Units 

  • Manage the kick-off process ensuring all necessary resources are available in conjunction with business sponsor and that a robust project plan is in place 

  • Manage, when necessary, re-scopes the projects and updates project plans accordingly 

  • Manage the project closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented; and relevant lessons learned/ case studies are developed 

  • Assists in selecting and on-going management of vendors/ suppliers for supporting selected projects 

Your qualifications and experiences should be: 

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job 

  • Between 5 (five) and 15 (fifteen) years of experience as full-time project manager (directly managing the team) in financial services 

  • Very conversant with different project management frameworks (e.g. Scrum, PMI/Prince 2 PM, Kanban) and preferably certified 

  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex banking application projects (At least 2 projects) 

  • Must be willing to report onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
