The Credit Officer is responsible for file matching of applications against internal and external database/s, preparation of leads processing and BAP inquiries for batch upload, and credit verification via voice and non-voice actions (telephone call outs, or e-mail). Ensures accurate processing and decisions to minimize potential duplicate approvals and customer complaints. Moreover, responsible for timely updating of daily monitoring reports.
- Collaborates with assigned business units and executes project/s as required in the defined scope of work
- Provides timely feedback to business stakeholders and solve issues that arise
- Delivers/achieves productivity targets, turn around time with efficiency and zero to minimal errors
- Identify strategic approach that aims to manage and develop processes based on existing policies and guidelines
- Ensures accuracy and proper handling of all assigned tasks and orders from management in accordance with Bank policies and procedures

Bachelor’s degree of any Business course

At least 2 years of experience in unsecured credit processing gained from credit card company or banking institution

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
