Credit Management Officer

Job Summary:Responsible for ensuring that an acceptable portfolio quality is maintained, and profitability is maximized by identifying the risk factors that adversely affect the portfolio. Establishing and maintaining credit policies and procedure guidelines that supports the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:Establish and formulate credit policies and processing guideline that provides framework for credit operational processes, which addresses credit operation risk problemsEnsures that credit operation teams and concerned department/units are informed on the revised/updated credit operating guidelinesMonitors program implementation and changes/revisions to policy and process to address credit operation risks identified in the credit cycleReviews post-approval process based on policies and operating guidelines releasedMonitors and ensures proper understanding of the processes by reviewing the processed applications of assigned products
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Business, Economics, Management or other related coursesAt least 5 years of experience in credit-related functions handling and documenting various credit processesBackground in processing systems and application development and implementationMust be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
