Job Description:

  • As a Contracts Management/Change Order Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project-related documents (electronic & hard copy) are accurately recorded, stored and distributed to the relevant parties.

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the EDMS. Manage document versions, revisions, history and track changes including any related communication

  • Responsible for publishing of documents to relevant units & suppliers

  • Monitor & track published documents to ensure that the right people have access to the necessary documents

  • Facilitate communication between teams, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth document flow

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field

  • At least 4 years of working experience in coordination and project management

  • Knowledge in spreadsheet, documents, and presentation applications (e.g. MS Office)

 

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
