Configuration Analyst

Job Summary
The Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring IT equipment for head office and branch units, assessing returned hardware, and coordinating with service providers for repairs. This role ensures proper installation, configuration, and connectivity of IT systems to support business operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Configure and install operating systems, applications, and network devices for head office and branch units.
- Perform connectivity testing and IP phone configuration for branch offices.
- Coordinate with warehouse and IT teams for equipment requests and status updates.
- Assess and recommend actions for returned or defective IT equipment, including warranty claims.
- Provide timely updates and support to internal units to ensure smooth IT operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BSIT, ECE, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT hardware/software support and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of networking, applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and provide clear technical recommendations.
- Must be willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas
