He/She/They will be responsible for compliance monitoring and reporting by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the control structure.

 

 

 

The Responsibilities we will trust you with are:

 

 

A. Compliance Monitoring and Reporting

1) Analyzes and monitors the following within scope: 
• Organizational audit requirements, findings and resolutions; and, 
• Compliance to policies and standards. 
2) Analyzes and generates compliance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. 
3) Assists in audit performance reporting to IT leadership and tracks associated action items. 
4) Liaises with internal and external auditors for AIO audit activities and deliverables.
5) Coordinating with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance.

 

 

Operations Process Support
6) Creates and maintains in-scope standards and processes to meet compliance objectives. 
7) Conducting risk assessment and analysis to support compliance initiatives.

 

 

 

Project Management
8) Manages assigned projects and monitors timely completion of deliverables.
9) Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. 

 

 

 

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree. Preferably degree in IT, MIS, or IE

  •  Excellent analytical and communication skills, good technical writing skills, adept inoffice productivity tool

  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, with ability to work well with people of different ranks and roles

 

 

 

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
