Job Mandate:

 

Gain first mover advantage in communities selected for BDONB to saturate and own by ensuring all components, from channels to products and marketing, are executed to achieve the target community profitability. Liaise with BDONB local teams in target communities as well as all relevant units within BDONB and the BDO Group. Cascade model to all applicable communities.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Optimize set-up of physical and digital channels to cover the market.
  2. Accelerate onboarding of customers to increase market share.
  3. Increase penetration of BDONB and BDO Group product and services in the communities.

  4. Build branding equity of BDONB and the BDO Group in the communities.

  5. Monitor and achieve key success metrics, including community profitability.

  6. Handle other tasks that may be assigned
