Collateral Release Officer

Position Title: Collateral Release Officer

Location: Onsite – Makati and Ortigas

Job Summary:

He/She/They will be responsible for the processing of collateral releases in accordance with approved terms and conditions, standard operating procedures, Bank policies and guidelines, and within the set service levels agreed with various business units.

The Responsibilities We Will Trust You With:

• Processes requests for collateral release of partially/fully paid accounts or upon request.
• Prepares Reply Letter, Collateral Release Advice, and Release of Mortgage for Loan Take-Out Transactions.
• Prepares Deed of Assignment and Conveyance for Philippine Guaranty Corporation approved guaranty call.

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences Should Be:

• Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience.

Additional Requirement:

• You must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati and Ortigas.
