Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in processing and settling their insurance claims.

• Ensure efficient claims processing and equitable settlement based on insurance policy coverage and conditions.

• Update the system daily with any developments in claims being handled.

• Review documents for accuracy and correctness.

• Validate and post transactions in the system.

• Prepare documentation other than standard claim letters and reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in motor/car insurance claims handling.

• Above average communication skills and product knowledge.

• Completion of the General Insurance or General Non-Life Insurance Seminar.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas
