Job Summary

 

The Chargeback Acquiring Analyst is responsible for analyzing, processing and monitoring chargeback transactions. Ensures compliance to Brands Rules and set time frames for chargeback representment processing and documentations. Accuracy of action taken for all chargeback transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Reviews, analyze and resolves incoming chargeback transactions through retrieval and representment processing

  • Monitor dispute cases and ensure compliance with Brands Rules and set policies and procedures to avoid operational loss/lapses

  • Thoroughly review the accuracy of cases and ensure the completeness of documentation prior to processing representment

  • Ensures updating of all chargebacks received on the final resolution of each case

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Must be a bachelor's degree holder

  • With at least 3 years of experience in credit card business particularly in chargeback

  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas
