Business Support Officer

He/She/They will be primarily responsible for project management relating to the development of new and existing processes and systems, as well as internal and regulatory compliance and standard requirements of the Bank.

 

The Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Assess the unit and recommend process and systems improvements to ensure that all transactions are in accordance with established Bank's policies.

  • Lead processes in defining, designing, testing and implementing new systems to enhance the productivity of the unit.

  • Interpret new compliance requirements and apply those to existing and projected systems.

  • Prepare reports related to various risks and control management requirements of the bank.

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business course.

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Consumer Lending, preferably in management or supervisory role.

  • With knowledge in Internal and Regulatory compliance and standard requirements, Work process analysis and improvement, BSP / AMLC policies.

 

You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
