Job Mandate:

Primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of electronic communications messaging across the department. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality service and compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs)

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of operations or communications – related work experience preferably in a credit card company or banking institution

  • Must be willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas
