Business Project Manager

The Business Project Manager will be assigned to various projects across BDO business units and its subsidiaries, delivering the following services in close collaboration with IT project management and key business stakeholders:

• Plan Current State Analysis
• Plan Future State Design
• Plan and Manage User Acceptance Test
• Plan and Manage Business Roll-out
• Monitor Business Value Delivered
• Drive Post Implementation Review (Scope, Time, Budget, Lessons Learned and Residual Risks)

Duties and Responsibilities

The Business Project Manager is expected to deliver the following:

1. 1. Design
      1. Detailed Plan for Current State Analysis
      2. Detailed Plan for Future State Process Design and Target Operating Model
      3. Manage Business Project Services (BPS) Deliverables and align milestone dates with the IT Project Manager
   2. Build
      1. User Acceptance Test Plan
      2. User Acceptance Test Execution Management
   3. Roll-Out
      1. Operational Readiness Plan
      2. Roll-out Plan
      3. Value Tracking Report
      4. Lessons Learned
      5. Residual Risks Report (process debt, technical debt)
      6. Post Implementation Report

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education: Graduate of any course related to business or information technology is a plus but not a requirement

Work Experience: At least 2 years (JAM) or 5 years (AM and up) of experience in project management

Personal Attributes: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment, while maintaining professional and amicable relationships with business users, technical support teams, vendors and other stakeholders.

Professional Certification & Licenses: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred

Others: Experience in Waterfall or Agile Methodology
