Job Mandate

1. Structure CMS database for use in Analytics and Business Intelligence. This involves activities such as, but not limited to:

• Transform source reports into required formats for loading /consolidation to CMS database.

• Unify internal CMS data with bank-wide or external data in CMS database.

 

2. Gather internal CMS data and ensure data sources are complete and available for use in analytics platform. Data Scope:

• Customer records (client, account, pricing, billing info)

• Transaction Volumes (count and amount)

• Revenue (Fee and Interest)

• CASA Balances (Total and Encumbered ADB)

 

3. Gather data outside CMS:

• Bank data (ex. Total relationship, Transaction volume outside CMS, deposit to loan ratios)

• External data (ex. Industry, BSP, SEC statistics)

• Other data as requested by BIA Head.

 

4. Prepare performance reports for TBG management and CMS use.

 

5. Provide support to BIA unit.

 

6. Support TBG Supply Chain Unit on data mining and strategic decision-making.

 

7. Create and perform monitoring reports on specific projects or initiatives (ex. Focus names, Industries, CMS packages).

 

8. Work with other units of the bank (internal or external) to flesh out integration points - mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems especially with regard to data movement. Assist in the evaluation and feasibility of new systems, Fintech partnerships, bank APIs, service integration, etc.
