Job Summary

He/She/They will be responsible in carrying out all sales/account management activities on assigned accounts or areas for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of clients for the bank's Cash Management Services
• Establishing and management of a good relationship between external and internal partners of the Transaction Banking Group

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 5 years of solid experience in the banking industry, preferably in sales, business development, and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Management Services (CMS) products and solutions.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for sales, client acquisition, and relationship building, with a track record of delivering business results.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Exhibits a positive, can-do attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high-volume workload.Results-oriented team player who is committed to achieving targets and supporting team objectives.
• Shows strong discipline, accountability, and follow-through in completing tasks and meeting commitments.
• Open to taking on additional responsibilities as business needs require and willing to go the extra mile to support the team's success.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas
