Business Development Officer

Job Mandate:

Build ecosystems for BDONB to own target communities by gaining CASA growth, achieving market leadership, and improving business profitability in these communities.

Lead other projects/ initiatives that may be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identify communities that BDONB can own

• Define criteria for target communities

• Develop roadmap for community entry and penetration

   

2. Design plan on how to build community ecosystem

• Define ecosystem elements including channels, branding, products, and partners

• Develop project plan, including budget, timeline, participating units, on how to implement ecosystem in a community

• Implement and monitor project plan

   

3. Define key success metrics and monitor

• Determine target metrics including market position and business profitability in the community

• Measure results against target metrics

4. Lead other projects/ initiatives that may be assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 20 years of work experience related to retail banking and consumer marketing

• With experience in project management and business development
