Duties & Responsibilities
A. Business Development
-
Meet (via telephone or face-to-face), present/discuss CMS Services, and provide sales proposals and enrollment forms to referrals from internal partners.

Coordinate with prospective clients to follow up on the status of proposals.

Cross-sell other CMS Services to existing clients.
B. Servicing

Assist Business Development Managers in sending proposals and CMS enrollment forms to existing and prospective clients.

Prepare and submit timely weekly, monthly, and special sales reports to the Unit Head.

Ensure all customer documents submitted are organized, complete, and timely.

Coordinate with other units (Enrollment/Business Support) to update the status of documents submitted by clients.

Assist in facilitating client requests and communicate/coordinate with concerned parties.

Monitor documentation to ensure the standard Sales Process is met.

Perform telemarketing and other sales functions as assigned by the Unit/Sales Head.

Make follow-ups with clients (internal/external) regarding CMS-related matters.
